Stronger as Allies Campaign

Using previously captured footage, I remixed and redesigned several employee stories into a campaign for ally month in July. The DEI work and projects I oversaw helped augment the company's vision of how values added value (employee retention, business growth, community impact) to the Salesforce brand. Research shows that companies that embrace a broader mission — and, importantly, integrate that purpose into their corporate culture — outperform their peers, grow faster, and deliver higher profits while doing good for the communities they exist within.
